Piña Colada
Put three ounces of light rum, three tablespoons of coconut cream, and three tablespoons of crushed pineapples into a blender with 2 cups of crushed ice. Blend at high speed, and strain into a tall, hurricane, or Collins glass. The coconut cream needs to have a thick consistency. Some find the alternative, coconut milk, to be too thin, but you can add condensed milk and whipped cream to the coconut milk to bring up its consistency. Add pineapple juice if desired.
